For strength,we use galvanised 33mm steel tubing. The thickness of the steel walls of the tubing is 2.6mm which is much stronger than the usual 2mm.The hoops are spaced at 2 metre intervals connected by  steel tubes along the ridge. The four corners also have diagionally placed brace bars. The polythene we use is called Sunmaster Diffused.Click on this link to see it's specifications SunMaster_Diffused_July_09pdf_web.pdf It comes with a five year warranty and generally lasts ten years or more. We also supply replacement polythene. For tunnel cladding instructions click on either of these links polytunnel_sheeting_instructions.pdf ,Tunnel_covering_brochure.pdf or watch the videos in the video demo page. A set of door, doorframe, and batons manufactured from pressure treated timber costs 70 euros or you can make these yourself.Hot spot tape and repair tape is included in the price as are connecters between the doorframe and tunnel frame. We also stock ground cover, windbreak netting, timber for raised beds, various clips and crop bars.None of our tunnels has ever failed in the wind and we have never had a complaint about quality.
